Spending Round 2013

Wednesday June 26th, 2013

The Spending Round 2013 will set out how the government will spend £740 billion pounds of tax-payers’ money between April 2015 and April 2016.

This will include more detail on the choices the government makes to find savings of over £11 billion as we seek to close the gap between what we raise in taxes and what we spend.

It will also set out how we fund priority services like the NHS and schools, and increased investment in key infrastructure like roads, rail and energy.
