Launching Procurex Wales Live, along with the Welsh National Procurement Awards 2015, Minister for Finance and Government Business Jane Hutt AM encouraged people across Wales to attend so they can discover and share the great achievements in the field of procurement in Wales, and focus on the challenges faced within the Welsh public sector.

Procurex Wales Live is free to attend for public sector personnel, but registration in advance is necessary. More details can be found at the Procurex Website.

The Welsh National Procurement Awards 2015 will take place on 20 March 2015 at City Hall in Cardiff. The nomination process is now open until 6 February 2015.

Speaking at the launch event, Ms Hutt said: “There is much to celebrate within Welsh public sector procurement. I am delighted that Procurex is coming to Wales for the first time. It will provide invaluable opportunities for delegates to come together and find out more about innovation within Welsh public sector procurement.”
