Maldon District Council: Strategic housing services – August 2010

The Council works well with partners to meet the housing needs of the area and prevent homelessness through good quality advice and assistance and is delivering more affordable homes. Some households are waiting too long for adaptations to their homes and the Council has made limited impact in improving conditions and energy efficiency in private sector homes.
