Finalists
Thank you to all who showed an interest in the Government Opportunities (GO) Excellence in Public Procurement Awards Scotland 2011/12. The standard of the submissions received was highly impressive, each presenting a unique account of the excellent and innovative work which is carried out every day in procurement across Scotland.
The finalists in each category have been decided. All entries were reviewed by a judging panel made up of experts in Scottish procurement including Alastair Merrill, Commercial and Procurement Director at the Scottish Government and John F McClelland CBE, author of the Review of Public Procurement in Scotland.

Each finalist will receive a complimentary place to attend the Awards ceremony held on 25 October 2011 at the Glasgow Marriott Hotel. Additional places are also available to finalists at a discounted rate. Should any GO Awards finalists wish to book additional places, they can do so while reserving their complimentary place. Please note that all additional places will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis until 14 October 2011.
