This Award recognises suppliers within this market sector that have delivered an innovative approach to the service they have provided, resulting in not only better value, but also improved quality of service delivery for healthcare professionals and/or their patients.

Criteria:

1. Please describe the service that your organisation has provided (including how long it has been provided for, to which public or third sectororganisation(s) and whether this is your organisation’s first such contract).
2. What aspects of the service provided are particularly innovative, creative or groundbreaking, and how has it exceeded the expectations of the buyer and end-users?
3. What aspects of the service provided have been the most challenging to overcome, and how has this been achieved?
4. What level of engagement has been achieved with the contracting organisation, end-users and any other interested groups?
5. What were the expected outcomes of the service provided, and what success has been achieved to date? Where possible, please provide evidence of targets set and performance or measurable benefits achieved.
