£4.8m Warrington council contract goes to…

According to local media reports, Warrington Borough Council has settled on its preferred bidder for a local primary school contract.

Its believed that building firm Seddon Construction has landed the contract, which is believed to be worth around £4.8m. The school is expected to be completed by October and will have low-energy and sustainable technology features. The building will be near the school’s existing site.

Seddon Construction is part of the family-owned Seddon Group, which employs more than 2,000 people nationwide and has over 30 offices.
